OKLAHOMA ASSOCIATION OF PROPERTY & EVIDENCE

(OKAPE)

Membership in the Association provides an opportunity to encourage education, communication, and the exchange of information and ideas with all our members to gain knowledge of common issues that affect property and evidence functions. Dues shall be for the purpose of maintaining the organization to serve its members as determined by the Board of Directors and reviewed annually. The Membership Dues are to be paid each year by the 1st of the month of which membership was originated, or membership will be suspended until the time of payment received.

Active Membership - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Renew manually Individuals who are directly involved in the processing and/or retention of property and evidence within the State of Oklahoma. An active member must be in good standing to have the right to cast votes concerning all regular matters coming before the membership of OKAPE or to hold office.

Members shall receive full access to the Association website and Facebook Group, receive all Association publications, 20% discount on all training classes, 25% discount on the Annual Conference fee, personalized membership card and OKAPE window decal.

Associate Membership - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Renew manually Individuals (to include retirees) with an interest but not directly involved in the processing and/or retention of property and evidence. May not serve as an officer and are non-voting members.

Members shall receive full access to the Association website and Facebook Group, receive all Association publications, 20% discount on all training classes, 25% discount on the Annual Conference fee and OKAPE window decal.

Corporate/Family Membership Bundle - ($150 for 4 members, additional $37.50 for each additional member)

Agencies with 4 individuals who are directly involved in the processing and/or retention of property and evidence within the State of Oklahoma. An active member MUST be in good standing to have the right to cast votes concerning all regular matters coming before the membership of OKAPE or to hold office.
